Iβve been following the coverage of the invasion of Ukraine quite intensely to understand what exactly is happening and to keep up to date. Iβve noticed myself feeling very withdrawn from my normal day-to-day, on edge and super anxious like a lot of us in the global community.
Violence at this scale is taxing. You canβt help but feel helpless. It is severely distressing and after 2 years of riding the emotional rollercoaster that the pandemic has brought, this is emotionally taxing and can weigh heavy.
